If you need legal representation, our office works with various law firms that can provide you with free legal advice and a free initial consultation.  Obtaining an attorney is sometimes necessary to protect your rights or to help you if your claim is disputed.

Under Delaware State Law, if you were involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) you medical bills must be paid by the company that insured the car in which you were traveling. If you are unable to work, that same insurance company must also pay your lost wages! In addition to compensation for medical expenses and lost wages, you are entitled to monetary damages for the physical, mental, and emotional effects of your injuries, often referred to as “pain and suffering.”

If you have been injured at work, Delaware Law requires your Employer to provide you with certain benefit.  You are entitled to loss wages for total or partial disability.  In addition to lost wages, you are entitled to a monetary award for any functional loss to any part of your body injured in the accident.  You may be entitled to lifetime medical care for any work related injury provided the care is reasonable, necessary, and related to the work accident.
